You can find scholarships all over the place. But I am writing about scholarships that you can find without going online. Actually scholarships you can find at you college or university.
At your schools financial aid office you can receive information about three different kinds of scholarships or financial aid

Scholarships through college departments
In your department of study you can find out about financial aid available for students studying specified courses. You can also find internships, externships and fellowships that will pay for college. Just to give you an idea of what the aforementioned terms are…They are agreements between a student and a company or organization. The student provides a service to the company in exchange for tuition or money toward college. Usually if that is the agreement you won’t get an additional paycheck. Sometimes there can be an arrangement where you get additional money from your college or university in conjunction with tuition from the internship.
Scholarships from student services
In your student services department or office of student life you can find additional scholarships and financial aid. You can also meet and network with people that can help you get money for college from the university. Student services always has information on internships and fellowships that will help you pay for college. Don’t leave this one off your scholarship searching checklist!
College employee scholarships
You can be an RA or be employee by the college or university you are attending. With that being said the bigger the position you have as a university employee, the bigger the tuition discount. RA’s generally get room and board free. Some schools may offer more tuition benefits to their RA’s. Keep in mind being an RA is a sacrifice because it takes a lot of time away from you. Just to give you an idea of responsibilities of an RA. You have to keep your section of your dorm in check. Make sure there isn’t any parties or underage drinking going on. It’s kind of like being the police of your college dorm. If that sounds good to you then give it a shot. Also you do have to go through some extensive training.
